  • We all know that guy: the dude who takes his workouts way too seriously. He gets up to run at the crack of dawn, and even uses the weight room at the Motel 6. He's the subject of "Exercise Man," from the Dean Ween Group's debut record, The Deaner Album.
  • The video was filmed in Dean's hometown of New Hope, Pennsylvania. In the video, Dean and guitarist Curt Kirkwood of the Meat Puppets don bicycle shorts and hit the streets, blocking traffic for miles and nearly getting into fights with impatient drivers, who were unaware that filming for a video was in progress.

"I almost got arrested," Ween said in his Songfacts interview. "I live in a tourist town and I did it on a Sunday afternoon at like 3 o'clock. There's people flipping me off, I'm taunting them, trying to get in a fight, and it's all real. I made my point."
