  • Ty Myers is a country singer-songwriter known for heartfelt ballads and relatable storytelling. His music blends old-school country with elements of blues and Southern rock. Myers draws inspiration from artists like George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Otis Redding, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
  • Myers grew up on his family's 450-acre cattle ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas, just outside of Austin, Texas. He is a sixth-generation member of his family's cattle ranch.
  • Several of Myers' relatives are involved in the music industry. His father was a singer-songwriter who performed in dance halls and bars around central Texas. Myers' uncle, Dean Sams, is a founding member of the country band Lonestar. Another uncle is George Strait's piano player, Ronnie Huckaby.
  • Myers has been singing since he could walk and started playing guitar and writing songs at age 8. By 11, he was doing full performances on stage with his father.

"We would do songwriter swaps at local places, just trying to get my foot in the door a bit," he told Billboard. "Places aren't usually too quick to let an 11 or 12-year-old come play for people who are trying to have a good time and drink," Myers recalled. "My dad kind of had relationships at a lot of places and he helped me out."
  • He chose to be homeschooled and gave up sports like baseball and football so he could focus entirely on his music career.
  • In June 2024, Myers signed a deal with Nashville/Columbia Records. He rose to prominence with his breakout single, "Ends Of The Earth," released on October 18, 2024.
  • Myers enjoys golfing, hitting up the batting cages with his friends, and indulging in his passion for cars. "If I'm honest, most of the money I make – some would say too much of the money I make – is gonna go to cars," he admitted to The Boot magazine.
