  • I was waiting for something
    Maybe flying machines
    That's when I found Lily
    The best I've ever seen

    Put her on the ceiling
Try to make her my own
    People line up to see
But there never seems to be enough

    Space, space
    Space, space

    I was waiting for something
    Maybe flying machines
    That's when I found Lily
    The best I've ever seen

    Put her on the ceiling
Try to make her my own
    People line up to see
But there never seems to be enough

    Space, space
    Space, space
    Space, space
    Space, space, whoa

    Space, space
    Space, space
    Space, space

  • Brian from Dubuque, IaAccording to Grohl in the documentary "Foo Fighters: Back and Forth," he had most of this song figured out in his head, but no tempo. He said that his inspiration for the tempo came from jumping up and down. Apparently, this is the tradition at European rock concerts (as opposed to the mosh pits found at American concerts).
  • Layton from Paris, TxThis is a song Dave Grohl wrote pretty early. It was a song Foo Fighters would play at their first concerts ever. I love the bass line it this by the way, Dave grohls screaming is AWESOME!
  • Lisa from Antwerp, BelgiumI REALLY REALLY REALLY like this song. When I first heard it ,I just smiled because it is so full of energy but so genial.
