  • Adams wrote this song with his regular collaborator Jim Vallance. It was partly inspired by the Orson Welles movie The Third Man, as well as a trip the two songwriters took to Berlin in March 1986, before the Berlin Wall came down.
  • This won the Canadian Music Publisher's Association Rock Song Of The Year Award.
