Songfacts®:

  • This steamy jam was written by Tully Kennedy, Kurt Allison, Steve Bogard and Jason Sever. "'Seein' Red' is a song that, as an artist, I've been looking for, for my whole career: it's super-fun, it's sexy, it's hot, it's flirty, and it just makes me want to dance on somebody," Lynch told Radio.com. "It's got the infectious melody and beat. I can't wait to see how the song changes my live show!"
  • Bogard and Sever also penned "Sittin' Pretty" from Lynch's self-titled debut album and "After Party" on his Where It's At set.
  • The song's music video stars Lynch and model Yoli Lara as his love interest. "I really put a lot of time in to dreaming up how to capture the energy and sexiness that 'Seein' Red' is," Lynch told Entertainment Tonight. "[Director] Adam Rothlein came up with the idea of us 'battling/performing' to a flashback or fantasy that escalates in to us being completely consumed by it, and I knew this was the perfect fit to bring this song to life."
