Songfacts®:

  • The second release by The Gits has lyrics by vocalist Mia Zapata and music by guitarist Andy Kessler; it was put out as a limited edition seven inch single on the Broken Rekids label backed by "Social Love."
  • In the 2005 documentary The Gits, Broken Rekids founder Michael Millett said he thought this was their best song. Mia recorded the vocals in the studio by herself; bass player Matt Dresdner said the song just evolved. It was a favorite of the tragic Zapata too. >>
