Songfacts®:

  • This trancey tack was written by Kylie, together with Jake Shears of the Scissor Sisters and UK dance artist Calvin Harris.
  • Shears was making the Scissor Sisters' Night Work album with Stuart Price, whose work on the Killers' "Human" had been an inspiration for the early Aphrodite sessions. "In the most caring, loving, GBF [gay best friend] kind of way," Minogue recalled to Billboard magazine with a laugh, "Jake basically pestered me to work with Stuart." As a result, Parlophone president Miles Leonard enlisted Price as executive producer for the album in December 2009.
