Songfacts®:

  • There is a cameo by Steely Dan's Donald Fagen at the end of this track. Rudimental's Amir Amor told Q magazine that the band were as surprised as anyone when the collaboration came off. "Our management asked who are ideal guests were and I threw in Steely Dan as a piss take," he said. "But he'd seen our videos and was up for it."
  • Recording with Fagen in New York was a challenge. "It's a surreal experience having him in the studio and telling him, 'ah, Mr Fagen, could you redo that, it's a little bit out of tune,'" recalled Amir to The Independent.
  • The other vocalist you can hear is Nigerian-descended Uzoechi Emenike (a.k.a. MNEK), who also contributed vocals on Madonna's single, "Living For Love." MNEK scored his first UK #1 in 2013 when he co-wrote Duke Dumont and AME's club Anthem "Need U (100%)."
